Copilot coaching

Learn Copilot with a human coach.

Copilot is sitting inside Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams waiting for you — but a button in the ribbon doesn’t teach you what to ask. A coach works through your real files with you, so it earns its licence.

How Copilot coaching works

01

Bring your real work

The inbox, spreadsheets, and decks Copilot is meant to speed up — not a sandbox.

02

Work through it together

Your coach is on the call while you use Copilot across Microsoft 365 on that work, catching the prompts and moves that actually land.

03

Leave with reps

A set of prompts for your role, the tasks worth handing to Copilot, and the ones still faster by hand.

What a Copilot coach actually helps you with

  • Getting Copilot to draft, summarise and reply in your voice across Outlook and Word
  • Turning messy spreadsheets into answers with Copilot in Excel
  • Catching up on Teams meetings and threads without reading every line
  • Knowing which tasks Copilot genuinely speeds up — and which it slows down

Copilot coaching, explained

FAQ

What is a Copilot coach?

A real person — not a chatbot — who works with you 1:1 to get good at Microsoft Copilot on your own work. Like a personal trainer for the tools you already pay for. Every coach here is AISA-verified with a score of 80+.

Which Copilot do you mean — Microsoft 365 or GitHub?

Most coaching here is Microsoft 365 Copilot (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), but several coaches also cover GitHub Copilot for developers. Filter by what you need on the coaches page.

How is this different from Microsoft’s help docs or a course?

Docs and courses teach Copilot in the abstract; a coach helps you use it on your actual inbox and files, answers your specific questions, and keeps you accountable until it sticks.

I’m not technical — can I still learn Copilot?

Yes. If you can join a video call, you can be coached. Many coaches specialise in non-technical professionals who just want their day-to-day work to move faster.

What does Copilot coaching cost?

Your first 30-minute intro is free. After that, coaches set their own rates, typically $40–75 per hour. No subscription.
