How much can I earn?
You set your own rate — most coaches charge $40–75 per hour-long session, and specialists charge $100+. You keep 85% of every session; the platform takes 15%. Coaching five sessions a week at $60 is over $1,200 a month.
What qualifies me to coach?
An AISA score of 80 or above (Advanced tier) — a verified, quantifiable measure of real AI skills. No teaching certificate, no degree requirement. If you've built things with AI and can explain them, you're the right profile.
Do I get paid for intro sessions?
Intro sessions are a free 30 minutes you donate — the proven way to convert a curious visitor into a long-term client (personal trainers have done it for decades). Every paid session after that, you keep 85%.
How do I get clients?
That's the platform's job. We drive search traffic, rank you in the directory, and let coachees book you directly. Your reviews and AISA badge do the selling.
What about invoicing and payments?
Handled. Coachees pay at booking; funds are held and released to your bank after the session via Stripe. No invoicing, no chasing payments, no awkward money conversations.
Can I coach part-time?
Yes — you set your own weekly availability and can pause anytime. Many coaches start with 2–3 evening sessions a week alongside their day job.
Is AI coaching a real career or a side hustle?
